Películas, canciones y obras censuradas después del 11 de septiembre

El 11 de septiembre de 2001 marcó un antes y un después en la historia de la humanidad .

Después del atentado en el que dos aviones impactaron las Torres Gemelas provocando la muerte de más de 3.000 personas y más de 6.000 heridos, la cotidianidad de los norteamericanos cambió para siempre, el ser paranoico y perturbado se convirtió en algo normal y cualquier tema relacionado con aviones, derrumbes, fuego y torres en una conversación ponía automáticamente una capa de nerviosismo e incomodidad en el ambiente. 

Después del atentado todo cambió e incluso la industria del entretenimiento se vio obligada a cuidar muy bien sus palabras y sus imágenes. Canciones, películas e incluso portadas de discos, fueron censuradas. Las películas cambiaron sus fechas de estreno, cortaron escenas que podrían herir sensibilidades y muchos cantantes aplicaron la auto censura para solidarizarse con la situación.
